How long before the training starts should I be on site?
The dojo gym will be open 2 hours before the beginning of each training. We recommend to come no later than half an hour before it starts.
What weapons equipment or clothing should participants bring?
Hanbo, Biken, Boken, Shinai, short weapons Rokushaku Bo – if possible
Will translators or interpreters be available?
An English translator will be available during the training.
Is there any recommended accommodation for foreign participants? If so, what is its address and how to get from the accommodation to the venue?
The official hotel DIPLOMAT, where the party will also be held.
Is it possible to pay the registration fee on the spot?
No, please register no later than 15.8.2024 or contact us for more information.
Will any food or refreshments be provided during the seminar?
In the gym will be possible to buy small refreshments.
What type of dress code do you recommend for dinner/party
We appreciate it if gentlemen choose smart casual or semi-formal attire, while ladies can opt for elegant evening dresses or stylish cocktail dresses.
Is there anything participants should know about culture or etiquette when meeting a Japanese teacher?
Please, keep your distance, do not address the teacher unless you are being asked.
Is there Wi-Fi available for participants? If so, what are the login details?
No, for non-European data participants we recommend E-sim
Can I take pictures and videos?
We ask participants not to take photos or videos during the training. However, there are no restrictions during breaks.
Will participants be able to consult with the teacher individually?
No, it si not possible.
Are there any recommended places to eat or sights near the venue that participants could visit at their leisure?
We recommend to order a lunch package.
