SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

Payment gateway provider:
ComGate Payments, a.s.

Payment methods:

• Card payments:

Payment by card is the most used payment method. The Comgate payment gateway supports Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro cards.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

Both Apple Pay and Google Pay are methods in which the customer pays with a card stored in the Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. More information about Apple Pay, more information about Google Pay.

Payment gate funciton:

  1. Recurring payments– Using recurring payments, it is possible to automatically deduct money from the customer’s account after he authorizes the first payment in the e-shop and gives his consent to recurring payments. Their advantage is the possibility to determine the time of deduction of individual payments and their amount. You can use the recurring payments function, for example, for subscription-type services, for sponsorship donations, etc.
  2. Pre-authorization – Pre-authorization is a temporary blocking of funds on the payment card holder’s account.
  3. Memorizing the card – This feature applies exclusively to the card payment method. When using it, the customer does not need to copy the card data into the payment gateway for other purchases in the same e-shop. Memorization of card data is appropriate to offer in the event that customers make regular purchases in the e-shop. The time and amount of the purchase are variable.

• Bank transfer:

A bank transfer is a transfer of money between two banks without using a payment card. On the Comgate payment gateway, approximately 20% of customers have been using this method for a long time, who prefer it for various reasons: they do not have a payment card with them, they do not want to enter their data, they have exceeded their daily limit or they simply find it more practical and faster to log in to internet or mobile banking and confirm the payment in it.
